Prospero is a great place to work. The company has a highly professional, experienced, and excellent Management Team and staff who always deliver top notch services.

I had an issue at work, called my manager at Prospero H&SC asking next day off. My manager listened to me, was so understanding and comforted me.I felt really supported, not on my own and the issue was resolved. With Prospero Health and Social care, you( employee) know, it has got my back,always there for you and I'm so grateful for working with Prospero H&SC.

I have been a support worker now for 9 years which has been very rewarding and been a greate experience, but since I've been working for Prospero I have gained alot more experience and alot more confidence as a support worker. There is times when it can be quite challenging due to the role of the job , but there is always someone from Prospero head office that will guide you and support you throughout. The Leeds office team Hollie , Sammy and Morgan are also really amazing ladies as they are really friendly and very supportive and also can have a laugh and banter with. I am looking forward to continue my role as a support worker with Prospero 😊

Work doesn't even feel like work, this is due to being part of a brilliant team. I don't know any other company that can offer such a healthy work/life balance.
They promote from within and there are always opportunity's to work your way up!

I applied to work with this agency at the end of November, commutation was great at the start, i have my interview and sent of and paid for my DBS as i would told i would get this back after completing shifts. Fast forward a couple of weeks and i was approved to work after completing references and etc. i was emailing and texting the mangers/admin asking about shifts i was told swindon has loads of shifts available, this was a lie and i got two shifts but the following day they were cancelled. I offered to travel to Bristol for shifts but i was never put forward for these. The communication is absolutely awful, so i ended up wasting two months trying to get shifts and wasted my money for no good reason, i would advice people to look at all reviews before applying and make sure there is work available before applying as they promise you one thing just to get you on board!

Really lovely to work with the Bristol Health and Social Care Team! The staff nevertheless find you shifts that suit you and there’s always a variety of different work to choose from. I’m never short of shifts and can always rely on the team to find what suits me best! They’re also understanding if you feel like you had a bad experience somewhere, they will 100% have your back! Couldn’t recommend Bristol Health and Social Care team enough!!

I have worked for Prospero since Jan 22 after working in Residential for 9 years and can honestly say it's the best move I have ever made! I was extremely apprehensive about not having enough work yet could work 7 days if I wanted to. The office staff are very helpful and will accommodate your needs. They have a wide range of clients all over Wales and Southwest England. I have recommended Prospero to many people whom have started !
