Absolutely Devestated with this…
Absolutely Devestated with this service, Went in to get a battery changed on my Iphone 12. The battery itself won't charge when the phone is unlocked it's broken already after 3 days and is incredibly annoying when on the move. What they also did is change my official Iphone screen and said it was broken to change it without my permission to put some broken fake screen on that is just pressing random buttons constantly. I can barely do anything so I've just been charged £115 for an even worse off phone. My screen was working fine the day before it was a battery problem, their eyes lit up and they thought they would just fleece me up for a screen on top. Absolute scam and a joke I will be coming in to get this resolved when I'm not working. BE WARY WITH THESE

AVOID!!!!
Took my iPhone in for a screen repair. When I got it back I was unable to connect to wifi or 4g. Having been a fully working phone prior to screen repair the store agreed to send for a repair and I was told it would take 4 days. I didn’t get the phone back for almost 1 month!!! Constantly palmed off with ‘it’s in the post’ but was told it was fixed.
On collection I was told it wasn’t possible to fix. Following lots of argument they agreed to replace with a refurbished like for like phone. Only for them to then change their minds and refuse to replace or accept responsibility!!! So now I have a completely useless iPhone as a result of their shoddy work. I will be taking them to the small claims court out of principle as the way they have handled this is disgusting. I have record of everything and am fully confident in my claim. Awful company and awful staff
