Alfie was super helpful on the telephone, and, when I arrived to have the tyres replaced his colleagues were straight onto the job. Definitely think they're helpfulness has improved.

I attended on spec as I felt rear tyres needed replacing. This was confirmed and was duly done while I waited. Furthermore, kindly given a cup of coffee.

Paid for MOT through groupon, could not MOT it but sold us the most expensive tyres. No refund on the MOT though

A return visit with another good result.
I was quoted for the tyres that I wanted. The quote was accurate and the tyres were fitted in the time stated. I have been before and would go again next time I need tyres.

Check tyre pressure after fitting
There seems to be a difference between the internet and the shop. High prices at the shop for the same product.
Tyre fitting was timely. But, tyre pressure was set well below required.

Seem like a great bunch of guys. I was gutted that it failed its MOT at first, but after the repairs I could tell the difference straight away. The lad who repaired it was very friendly and did a great job!

I found the first time I visited the approach from the staff member to be no welcoming and abrupt
The second time the same but a different member of staff they need to develop their approach and responses to customer
When I collected my car a completely different man who was very pleasant so if the other two could adopt his approach then happy days
