Professional service
Professional service, treated with respect. Had my car in today and was a quick and efficient visit, reception as always clean and tidy and professionally staffed, I barely had time to enjoy my coffee (the best I’ve had in a long time if I could have sneaked that machine out under my jacket I would ☺️) before my car was back with me. Can not recommend this branch enough, all the staff are polite and professional and treat you well and don’t baffle you, it’s worth the visit for a hassle free car repair.

MOY and tyre replacement
I had two experiences, one for an MOT in respect of my car, and the following day, another for putting two front tyres on the car.
On both occasions I was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly, caring manner. As a consequence, I would have no hesitation in using Protyre again.

bought a new tyre from Protyre in advance. On inspection the technician informed me that the punctured tyre could be fixed, and refunded me the money for the tyre and paid for the fix.
Great honesty and integrity. Will use again.

Very pleased with the service from…
Very pleased with the service from protyre. All done in a 30mins and there was a place we could sit and wait with a tea, coffee and hot chocolate for you to drink no charge. Very happy

Poor experience
Had service and two days later got an engine light on. When I called there was little interest in solving the problem for me and had to be quite pushy to get an appointment to review what the problem was. Really poor attitude and costumer service. Will not go back!

Superb service
Superb service, had a problem with suspension. They fitted a pattern part but unfortunately this was not very good and the suspension knocked. They checked it over found the issue and decided to go with original manufacturer part. Fitted today and now brilliant. No extra charges all part of the excellent service. Well done Protyre Ashford and their Manager Alan. Thankyou.
Highly recommended.
