Excellent Service
I recently visited Protyre for a tyre change and MOT, and I'm really pleased with the service I received. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and everything was completed much quicker than I expected.
The staff were professional and efficient, getting both jobs done without any unnecessary delays. I'd definitely recommend Protyre to anyone needing tyre work or an MOT. Great experience all round!

Beet there own online price. When I enquired in store. Very accommodating to my specific needs of dealing with 5 loose wheels over a 2 week tine scale so I coukd have the wheels blasted and painted

Excellent service, but....
Great service in the depot - warm welcome and very efficient. Only reason to not give five stars was that it took two visits - the tyres I'd booked online were clearly shown on the ProTyre website as being self-seal (Contiseal) but on arrival to have them fitted I was told they were not and that the website information was erroneous. No great problem as the correct ones were ordered in and I was able to return two days later, but it cost me four hours of my time instead of two and a forty mile journey instead of twenty. Depot staff were great, website not!

Kind & helpful staff
Really helpful staff who were able to give me a quote for new tyres and support in making a decision for the tyres and need for alignment.
Appointment same day was great.
Also like the addition of the workstation and ability to sit and work from there. Great idea!

I arrived 5 mins before my timeslot
I arrived 5 mins before my timeslot. They checked me in and took my car straightaway and did the work while i waited and had a free hot chocolate. It was all done in 25 minutes. Excellent service.

Greeting on reception from first contact - a call, appointment made quickly and the team were ready for my arrival. My issue was swiftly diagnosed and solution provided. I was informed of the cost, with a clear explanation) when I received a call to tell me my vehicle was ready for collection. Great customer service and saved me money!
