Easy to choose tyres and book online. However, I chose the wrong tyre centre of the two in the town so turned up at the wrong place. Fortunately had enough time to cross town to the correct centre. You might make the distinction clearer on the website.
When there the team were helpful and the process very quick. Well done everybody.

Called in for a certain type of tyre requirement as needed fitted asap for my business vehicle, they sorced all four tyres with in 3 hours that day, called me in and fitted!
Top technicians, friendly and great moral!
And to top it off best price around but a big margin!

Highly recommended
Turned up without a booking. Two new Falken tyres fitted at an excellent price. Was all over and finished within half an hour. Highly recommended.

Tyres I pre-selected
Tyres I pre-selected, prepaid on line were not suitable - website recommendation incorrect. Offered appropriate cheaper alternative by fitters plus tracking - could have tried to upsell more expensive choice, appreciated the respect to customer shown.

National booking system needs work I was able to book a 8.30 am appointment on a bank holiday when they don't open until 9

Great customer experience on a Saturday…
Great customer experience on a Saturday morning despite not being booked in. We suffered a puncture in a low profile tyre, we originally went to to tyre fitter on coity road who recommended Protyre. The guys were really pleasant and helpful, they identified another tyre with under the limit tread and fitted two new tyres. Thankfully, tyres in stock. We will definitely use again.
