The young guy sorted my tyres out, he was so helpful and friendly, the 2 guys inside at the paying in desk were very unfriendly, they need to be more like the young guy doing all the work!!!.this was flowers Hill Brislington.

Super straight forward
I had arrived slightly early. The guys insed got straight on with changing my tyres with no fuss. Super straight forward process.
They also explained my alignment information.

I was pleased with the tyres, and the service I received was good.
I would recommend the bath rd, Bristol depot to my family, friends and colleague's, and I will definitely use them again.

No pre booking required
My daughter needed a new tyre quickly as she had damaged hers and was returning to uni. The other place would only take pre booked orders, which I hadnt been able to do at short notice.

Uncopetent staff
I bought two tyres with fitting. After three days tyre lost 50% pressure. I returned to the garage to check the tyre. Staff informed me the tyre is irreparable and offerd new tyre to buy. I took the car to a different garage. After inspection, I found out the tyre was fitted on unclen allye wheel with a coarse air leak. Poor quality job.

Tyre change, great service.
Went in for tyre change saturday 29th Nov. Two staff members had called in sick leaving only one mechanic. He was obviously stressed by the situation and was left to call around other garages to try and find staff so he could start working on cars. After being unsuccessful he then began working by himself. He remained professional when speaking with me and the other customers, despite being left on his own with lots of appointments showing up. It was done in 45 minutes, longer than I was expecting, but great job considering what he had been left to deal with, real credit to the company and I hope he has been acknowledged for his hard work.
