Disgusting Customer Service
I have never been spoken to in such a rude and condescending way before in my life. The manager at the Bury St Edmunds branch needs to speak to women with respect. Disgusting. On top of his rudeness, the job of checking tyre pressure on the car’s tyres to see if there was a problem (which our car said there was) took him over 2 and a half hours. He then called to say they couldn’t find anything, making me wait around for no reason. Absolutely awful customer service.

This is not a local tyre centre to me…
This is not a local tyre centre to me but I had a very good experience. Had to call in on the off chance following a TPS notification whilst driving on the A14. Protyre recognised my situation and were kind enough to prioritise me. They checked my tyre, identified and showed me the screw which was causing the air leakage. Fixed the tyre and I was back on my way within half an hour. The reception and service was excellent, they checked all my other tyres and brake pads and provided a report as to their health. If I lived locally to them I would have no hesitation in returning.

Needed new tyres urgently and Paul Unsworth always goes the extra mile to help sort problems . Thank you for sorting out for me, so I could get to see one grandchild safely in a play and then take two grandchildren home safely !!

Very quick
Very quick. I came early to the appointment but was still seen straight away. Have had two tyres from these guys so far. Brilliant. Coffee machine a bonus 😅👍🏼

visited protyre for puncture repair fiter noted that it was only valve insert needed replacing this was done with no fee .very highly impressed with honesty and sevice will definetly keep using protyre bury st edmunds

The gentleman who served me was very friendly offered me an appointment within the hour phoned me to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost and also did a health check on my car. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

Blow out on A14 at Newmarket,on my way…
Blow out on A14 at Newmarket,on my way to Bury St Edmunds. AA attended and were fabulous.
Arrived at Protyre needing a new tyre .
They fitted me in promptly,fitted a new tyre and equalised all my tyres for me .
Service was helpful,friendly and quick considering I hadn’t booked . 👏👏👏👏👏
