Nice people but beware of "upselling".
I booked in to have my tyres switched from summer to winter (it needs a visit every 6 months).
The job was done well but at every opportunity the people in the reception area tried to "upsell". They said "we recommend you should have new valves" and suggested it would be a good idea to have my tracking checked. Neither of these were an issue and I think they introduce a tone of insecurity as a means to sell more. Always a recommendation, suggestion or professional advice . . . . to spend more!
I witnessed the same type of thing happening to at least 2 other customers while I spent the hour in the waiting room.

Efficient service whilst I was on holiday
Staff were friendly and efficient. I went in with a flat tyre and leaking valve with a long journey home the next day. They managed to fit my emergency repair and pointed out other problems to be sorted when I get home. Quality of repairs were high and were done within the time frame they quoted. I was very happy with the service received.
