Due to head to Wales from Carlisle. Service light on, needing 2 tyres & a headlight bulb.
Obviously left everything untill the last moment.
Called on thursday morning - got me an appointment for Friday. Dropped my car off, went to work, once finished work car was all sorted 😊 and we made Wales safely 🙏

Terrible service
Left to wait as although booked slot, said they didn’t do time slots. Pushed to bottom of queue, and walk ins done 1st 1hr 50 mins for two front tyres to be changed. Told on arrival it would be an hour as busy, went for walk came back after an hour and hadn’t even started!

Poor customer service
Arrived early for booked MOT, to then be told it was booked in for a later time, which lead to a back and forth conversation about the time despite having my email confirmation stating the time I arrived for. I was advised it would an hour, I returned after an hour to then have to wait a further hour before my car was ready. This is not the first time this has happened and will think twice about coming back again.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company for many years. Car costs will never be something we enjoy, yet the Manager here seems to be able to discuss with transparency the needs of the vehicle whilst maintaining a very personal approach to “life’s needs” she has been present for many years and runs a perfectly tight ship. Honestly; there might be cheaper options, but they are cheaper for a reason

Appointment system is a farce
Booked an appointment for a specific time slot for tyre fitting.
Absolute waste of time as I waited for more than half an hour as they hadn't kept a bay reserved for the appointment.
Which completely defeats the point of an appointments system. Just turn up and wait hours seems to be the order of the day.
I asked for my old tyres to be stored in the car after the new tyres were fitted.
They took no notice of that request either.

Fantastic service and price
Having been let down on a bank holiday Monday by a national tyre company I went online and found pro tyre was open and had my tyres in stock! Ordered and paid online and within 45 minutes my van was in the workshop getting the tyres fitted! Fantastic experience.
