Protyre Autocare - Cheltenham Avis 

I had a slow puncture and called in without an appointment. Initially I was told that they were fully booked. However while I was trying to find an alternative the manager had phoned a customer who was due in and found that they didn't need their appointment, he came out and took my car and the puncture was mended. There was also a comfortable waiting room with free tea/coffee.

Staff were helpful and explained what they had done in detail. Little extras like checking fluid levels and letting me know the tread for all tyres appreciated.

My job was subcontracted to another tyre fitting firm ( Bathwick Tyres). My appt time was 12.30; the tyres were fitted at 2.30!! 2 hours later than appt time. The reason given was that 4 customers had been booked in at same time. My confidence in your company has completely gone. I will, not use you again

Car required air con regassing job done very quickly .

Shame I had to wait a day but the service was then very good. A dangerous Tyre after hitting a pot hole. Guided me through taking pictures of the damaged alloy wheel for insurance and gave me the details of alloy wheel repairers. Even offered to print o the details. Friendly and informative.

Pro tyre were very good, there is a lovely waiting area and all the staff are very professional.

The only negative was how long my appointment took, I was book in at 14:00 but my car was not worked on until 14:45. I understand this can't be avoided sometimes.

The manager was very helpful and got a problem that had occurred with an online booking and sorted it when I arrived to have a couple of tyres fitted. Plus checked oil/water levels whilst I was there.
So would have no hesitation on using again.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice to be able to have a coffee and wait in comfort.

Car went in for an alignment and the guys pointed out there was a couple of other problems which was potentially dangerous which is now resolved. Shout to Lewis who went beyond to get me back on the road. Thanks guys

I only ever use this garage now as I completely trust them. The team are always friendly, helpful and very professional. I recently had my MOT done which unfortunately failed, but they sorted all the work quickly and kept me updated throughout. They even kindly held onto my car for me while I was away on holiday, which was really appreciated.

Booked online to have two tyres fitted, arrived on time and the job was done efficiently and quickly. In addition they checked the whole car over and topped up my screen wash for free 😀

Very happy with the service I received. Mark and the team made sure everything was explained and the advice given was second to none. Even took the time to explain the difference in tpms valves and brake pads/discs. Will be booking my car there again when a service is next required.

I went in for some professional advice and they re-tested the car there and then. Their customer service is a step above all others and should be recognised. The staff are always friendly and willing to offer advice. I always go to Protyre.
