I booked an MOT & Service using the…
I booked an MOT & Service using the online system, I had an email and text confirmation of the time 10am and date 28/8/26, on arriving at the garage at 9.45 I was informed I was 30 minutes late, the manager said his system showed 9.15 and they were running behind schedule so may not be able to accommodate but would try. I’m glad to say he did manage to do the service and MOT , I did notice the service sheets I were given were completely blank no comments at all no tyre depth measurements etc which I found strange as my previous service with yourself and other garages always had some comments,
maybe the online system needs looking into I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same issue,

They rescheduled the MOT three times
They rescheduled the MOT three times. The third time, when the MOT was finally done, I had to wait two hours to collect the car.

Poor
Paid for a gold star service adamant all they done was change the oil and top up the coolant. Last year I paid for a silver had numerous issues only had 2 of them issues fixed this year no issues, despite me knowing about some. Staff were rude was waiting for a good 15-20 minutes upon collection because the receptionist kept answering the phone instead of dealing with me. Been here many times before but won’t be returning feel like I paid £256 for 4 bits of paper

Very friendly and professional staff. They said that they would call me back when the tyre I needed was delivered to them. They did call me back!! That has not happened to me very often!! Polite and eager to please. I have found a good garage. Highly recommended.
