Oversell
Needed a front tyre and tracking. The tyre fitter advised I needed 2 front tyres although one of the tyres was only 3wks old and had 60miles on it. After pointing this out a second fitter/manager agreed only one tyre was needed and offered a discount on the tyre and tracking. Upon payment by cash-no receipt given-the manager said he didn't want to see my face in there again. I appreciated the discount as means of admission of trying to oversell but the parting comment was quite rude and uncalled for.

AT Tyres no complaints, an excellent and professional service. service.
Professional advice and service given on selection and ordering with fitting carried out within 24 hrs. The AT tyres fitted are doing the job they are required to be done. Thanks to Kevin and his team, good work by all of them. No complaints at all.

Check with Reception what is to be done to your car.
After complaint to Protyre Autocare Dumfries it was explained to me there had been a communication error between myself and the company. The manager contacted me and explained the error. I was then invited to take my car back for a winter check and a free alignment test and repair if required. Five star treatment is not a phrase I normally use, but it is fitting on this occasion. Complete satisfaction on my return visit many thanks to manager and staff.

Excellent customer service
Very helpful gentleman on the front desk and great service. They were very busy but still managed to fit 4 tyres (even though I had only booked in for 2) within a 30 minute window. Will definitely use again.
