Extremely pleased with Protyre Haverfordwest - customer service from the initial contact to having the MOT and service delivered was spot on. Have used them several times before and I’ve yet to not have good quality service from the whole team.

I was impressed
Just rang thinking they dealt with mobility vehicles. They don't but the lady I spoke to was so helpful that she solved my problem over the phone. I was so impressed with the quality and thoughtfulness.
I had been trying for two days to contact the other company but getting no answer.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our car was repaired, even though it was a breakdown and the garage was busy. It meant we got home that night instead of staying in last minute accommodation. We were looked after in the waiting room and if we were locals, would definitely use the garage on a regular basis.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I had a blowout the night before and recovered to Haverfordwest. I tried getting a repair at another garage first but they couldn’t fit me in and didn’t even have my tyre size. Protyre sorted me out immediately. 2 new tyres, with a discount and immediate professional service. Got me back on the road to continue my trip to Ireland. Thank you so much.
