Adam deputy manager both collected and returned my car for mot and service, as due to illness I am unable to drive. He explained about new tyres and service results.

Initial quoted price was much higher…
Initial quoted price was much higher than I could get elsewhere then they said it could come down and match other price.
Same with tyres initial offered price was more than I was quoted by another member of staff the day before.
