Quick and easy to use, very professional
Ordered tyres and fitting time online. Both front tyres were changed and I was back on the road in 25 minutes. Great service and very professional. Will definitely use again!

Vehicle went in for service and MOT
Vehicle went in for service and MOT, seemed all good. Requested service paperwork, was told as i booked online it would be sent via email, I have received nothing. Rear shock absorbers were replaced for MOT, no mention of top mounts being rotten. 1 day after replacing shocks top mount failed. Have had another mechanic review work and replace both top mounts.
The garage has come offered me a way forward. Paperwork has been sent and thank you George for coming up with a solution.

Excellent service from Island Tyres
I visited Island Tyres (Protyre) for an MOT and alignment & battery check. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.
They rearranged the work so I could be on my way asap.
Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Efficient MOT Test…
I arrived at the allotted time for my car's MOT Test slot and there were no issues like "we're running slightly late" etc. My car was ready within the hour as promised.
I will use Protyre again.

Good garage…
Price wasn’t to bad got the job done quick would return. Did take a while to call back though said they was going to call in 20 minutes and took a hour and half and I had to call to remind them I was waiting. But overall the experience was good and the car is running fine which is the most important thing.

Always a big fan when it was Island…
Always a big fan when it was Island tyres. Needed a new exhaust for an auto, went there first, couldn’t fit me in for a week just to have a look what was needed even though I had driven the car there.
Contacted ATS across the road, they gave me a slot 2 hrs later, ordered the part and fitted it the following day. Speaks for itself.

Always good service
My 14yr old Kia has had MOT and services at the Lake branch for many years, I have found they give straight forward advice and good service at a reasonable price. Any issues are explained clearly by friendly "front of house" staff.
