Protyre Autocare - Kettering Montagu Street Avis 

2 stars is being generous. Ordered and paid on-line. 2 tyres and tracking, tracking machine not working. Went to their other store in the same town, guess what.. tracking machine not working. Still waiting on them to call to book in for this already paid for service. Probably won't use them again due to the length of time it took them to change 2 tyres (3hrs).

Excellent price and great lads who looked after us well. Checked out my aircon and regassed as required.

I had recently bought a car from a famous used car company. Unfortunately there was an issue with the AC. I booked an AC check with Protyre. From the moment i arrived the workers and manager were friendly and very professional. They kept me updated and let me know there was no AC gas in the system. At the end I got the diagnostic printout and had fully working AC.

Bought the AC regas with a Spring discount which made it great value in comparison to other garages.

(Even better the car company after a complaint agreed to refund the regasing.)

Staff is rude and impolite.The guy fitting the tyre for me is so rude and impolite. He is staring at me when I looked at his working. He asked me don't watch. He did not do the work properly. He did not remove the tyre and put a new valve on it and did not polished the rim to remove the dirt. Finally after his fitting, my new tyre was leaking pressure from the valve and the rim. He said the problem is coming from my wheel.

Excellent prompt professional service as always. Must say though £96 for 4 wheel tracking is very over priced!!

Polite staff and seemed helpfull , about a hour wait for the tyre to be fitted with appointment.

Only thing that has impacted my vistit is I asked for the cheapest tyre they could get in. They advised that is the one they had in stock (£125) however, after searching on their Website they could of ordered a tyre in at £80.

Made time for me even though they were busy. Also drew my attention to a couple of other things that needed sorting out. Very polite and professional

The staff are knowledgeable, polite and explain the problem with solution options without a hint of being patronising. You should be proud of your employees.
Make sure they know they are appriated by customer and you.

I’ve never had anything but the best experience with Selecta in Kettering. Super professional, efficient and friendly service.

I arrive without booking. Front tire from side was deep cut in. They offered change new tyres the same day. After an hour was all done. Plus I got 20 pounds discount.

Lovely staff, friendly, very busy which delayed my 1 o'clock booking and then unable to complete job. Was able to book other job in at my convenience. Very good service
