first time that i have been , my tracking was way out (thanks to all the pot holes) the boys also checked my tyre pressure. I wasnt made to feel uncomfortable being a woman of a certain age, sadly I have found this in most cases when i have needed advice on car matters

Called to make an appointment with a friendly member of staff. The prompt response when at Protyre was great. The tyre was fixed in good time, paid a good price and left 15 minutes after arriving. Job done.

Previous garage couldn’t find source of knocking sound- quickly identified as front drop bars (or something like that) and offered a date for fixing- all done with a smile and a warm waiting room 🙏

Visited tong road today for two tyres service was awful price given totally diffrent from website . But would have paid the 250.00 . Till i was told can i come back at 14.30 as the fitter was going on a dinner break at 11.40 . Absoulte joke bought tyres for mine and the wifes car before from here not a customer focus service and its not like they had no staff around .

Booked a wheel alignment, all agreed times were held and car drives spot on now couldn't ask for more... or so i thought...

and then yet again they fulfilled!.. technician spotted my engine was leaking oil, turned out oil filter was starting to come loose!. they tightened it back up for me and topped me back up. could not be more grateful, you genuinely saved my ass, i could have cooked my engine that day. 11/10 service, i truly appreciate it!

I had a slow leak on my Tyre caused by a screw. The Tyre repairer found two more screws in another tyre-no leaks this time.
Repaired both tyres. I’m very pleased with everything, welcome, efficient, thorough, careful and fair price. Thank you.

Two tyres fitted while sat in the waiting area. Refreshments & TV available. Free check on discs, pads and callipers etc. Moved my front wheels to rear, checked tread depth, and put new tyres on front, I had requested at no charge. Very good price for my new tyres and excellent service.

I found the staff friendly and very helpful.

Given a very good price for 2 tyres. Asked if they would put front wheels to the rear and the new tyres on the front. They were happy to do this at no extra charge. Quick service from very helpful staff. Also received a free vehicle health check covering tyres, exhaust and brakes.

Got a nail in my tyre and despite being really busy Protyre managed to fit me in and get me back up and running that day, great job

I ordered a pair of tyres 10 days in advance of fitting. I arrived on the day to be told they don't think the tyres have arrived and they had a look around. I would have expected a call to save me the journey
I went back a week later and they were fitted ok, the 3 stars are for the second visit.
