What a find
What a find ! We are very grateful to this garage, for sorting out our problem after travelling from Devon for a short break, and finding the car needed new brake pads ! The brake pads were fitted the next morning . What an excellent service ! Thank you so much

Old rude man in the office
Rude man in the office, when I said no to paying 421 for 2 front disc brakes, then said he can offer me them for 371 which I again said no.. then he hung up the phone was abrupt and rude.
Shocking customer service. And prices are through the roof compared to other companies.

Staff always very polite and helpful no matter the job to be done. They listen well, thoroughly check problem before quoting and then ensure work carried out with care and attention to detail. All done at very reasonable prices and with a smile.

Great service, above and beyond!
I have a Tesla 3 that has developed an issue with an annoying 'squeak' in the front suspension upper control arm. The issue was well documented online.
ProTyre took the time to fully understand the issue, reviewed the proposed solutions online and carefully implemented the full fix.
They paid special attention to the 'riskier' aspects of the fix carefully removing the individual parts and completing the solution in the most professional manner possible.
This not only saved me the 5-hour round trip to the Tesla service centre in Birmingham but cost me less than half the Tesla repair fee.
ProTyre even checked all the type treads and brakes and then set the pressure on all tyres ensuring that I was fully happy with the overall service before I left the premises.
First class service above and beyond my expectations. I'll definitely be going back to ProTyre, Machynlleth for all my service needs!
