Came in as van sounded terrible .the lads and lady at reception couldn't be more helpful.as it turned out had a minor collision the next day and they arranged window and mirror replacement .really hap... Voir plus

I won’t be a returning customer
Well my booking was 3, told I’d have an hour wait to swap the tyre, could have texted to ask me to come in an hour later. The staff need to be mindful of their conversations when customers are in the waiting area! I won’t be back!
Not sure how long someone waits for a manager to reach out! But I guess it looks good if you reply saying they will!

I was using a Groupon voucher and on arrival the Reception processed my order well. I left my car and received a phone call after a while to inform car was ready. The air conditioner is working perfectly. Staff were efficient and friendly
