My Car was booked in for 11/30 I was told it would be completed in 1Hour Ieft the car and had to Walk around Newark, On my return at 12/30 the car was still on the Forecourt untouched,I went into the office to get an explanation I was informed it would be completed in 30minutes,40minutes the work was complete, I was given a £20 Discount off my Bill,I would hope the next time I need Protyre it will be a Better experience as I have used this company many times before,Yours Sincerely Richard Lodder.

Booked in advance date and time for two tyres fitting. Called to check on fitting day to make sure all ok. Apparently tyres not in stock. No one rang to let me know.
"Couldn't find your number to call you." That's odd as you had all my details when ordering.
