Huge fan of Protyre Poole, it’s important to have trust when you’re not the expert. The team are always professional, polite, friendly and respectful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Women on their own especially need somewhere that feels safe and comfortable and this is it!
I can’t fault the team at all, hence why they are always busy!

Three bad experiences
Three bad experiences: 1) not enough adhesive applied to new tyre so it went flat over the weekend and caused great inconvenience. Had to get tyre fixed somewhere else. 2) Moved tyres around axles to accommodate new tyres. Pressure on same axle not checked or adjusted so that tryes on same axle had very different pressures. Not acceptable. 3) Requested oil change but oil still dark when checked immediately on site. Raises doubts about whether oil changed properly or whether new filter (as requested) fitted leaving old oil in situ.

Really happy with the service at Protyre in Poole. I needed a tyre changed quickly as I was on holiday and they were so helpful from start to finish.
