It’s always so easy to book and never a hassle getting work done. The team were very understanding and accommodating of last minute postponements. I never feel patronised or that I’m being misinformed, and everyone is friendly and respectful and seem to be genuinely happy to be working there. The service is professional from checking in at reception to handing back of the keys and I’m always confident that the work has been carried out to the highest standard. Overall a very positive environment and a committed and professional team. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.

Second Inspection at My Request
I am very satisfied with the service I received; the customer care was completely professional and fair.
This was the second time I had brought the car back regarding a previous issue that had not been resolved on the first occasion. This time, everything was explained to me in detail, including what was causing the issue and why. They also showed me photographs, which helped me fully understand the nature of the problem.
The issue is still present, but I now understand that it is not something that requires immediate attention. It is simply a minor, slightly annoying noise that has no significant technical implications.
The car was returned to me beautifully clean, and I am very grateful for all the help and assistance. The service was highly professional, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent garage to others in the future.

Booked and paid on line - no tyres
Booked and paid on line, Camper van tyres, states on the tyre Camper.
Arrived , park there leave it with us, 7.9mt white camper, no issues raised.
Went for a walk , got a call, can’t fit your tyres we don’t have a bid enough jack 🤣🤣
Refund will be 24hrs.
Why sell camper tyres and why not make the assessment when they saw the big white clue in the car park 😉
