Extremely efficient and helpful
Great for online ordering at short notice. Very helpful and accommodating over a problem experienced on day fitting due. 4 tyres fitted very promptly and at a great price. Having had protyre fit tyres on several of our ‘family cars’ it remains our go to place for tyre replacement and punctures.

Finally a business that turned up at business school on the day they taught customer service!
They really couldn't be any more helpful! It is rare these days that you go somewhere where they genuinely make every effort to help you out and do whatever they can, explain what they are going to do, when they are going to do it, most importantly what they cannot do and then actually do it jsut like they said they would when they said they would.
I cannot go as far to say that they run a business that makes you want to go back as I don't want to have to deal with nails and screw puncturing my tyres and making me throw away otherwise good tyres !!
However if i do have to go back for anything to do with tyres then I am going back there and i recommend that you do as well. It is not a recommendation I give out easily ask I am quite difficult to please!
Ian, Issac and the crew take a bow. I am impressed!

I needed 2 tyres replaced urgently. These were not run of the mill size tyres but Ian managed to organise to get them in the next morning and they were fitted that afternoon.
