I went to ask about tyres for my car
I went to ask about tyres for my car. They offered to put two new tyres on my car immediately as they must have had time to do the job. Very pleased.
Although I may have to return to check tyre pressure on all tyres as my warning light came on. I forgot to ask the mechanic to check.
Helpful staff as always.

Poor customer service
I booked my motorbike MOT a month in advance. When I arrived at the garage, I was told the mechanic was off sick and that they had tried to call me to cancel. I explained that I hadn’t received any calls. They then claimed they had the wrong phone number, which didn’t make sense as they’ve contacted me many times over the years. It felt like they simply couldn’t be bothered to let me know, and it ended up wasting my time.
After rebooking and returning a week later, the MOT itself went smoothly.

Building is a bit hard to find
Building is a bit hard to find if it's your first time using protyre, has it's situated behind other buildings on the main road and gained by an entrance between two houses, Once you do find it there's ample parking space. Staff are very efficient and sorted me out with a new tyre, which got fitted the next day. Only fault was the potholes on the entrance in and out.
