I was happy with the initial approach from your team, but unfortunately, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations on the actual booking date.
I had booked an appointment to replace my tyres and investigate a skidding issue I've been experiencing. However, when I arrived, I was told that there wasn't enough time to test drive the vehicle or investigate the skidding issue, and that only the tyre replacement would be done.

I was also a bit surprised that the front tyres were aligned, but not the rear tyres. I understand that this is possible, but it seemed unusual.

Overall, I was going to give 1 star but I have had better experiences in previous visits.

Professional quick and efficient service

Your website gave me one option of battery for my vehicle which I purchased. I made a journey in to Stafford to be told it was the incorrect battery for my vehicles and they were unable to order the correct one. They informed me a refund would be forthcoming. 3 weeks after this I had not received a refund. I went into Stafford Tyres and was told they would chase up the refund. 3 weeks in and I have not yet had my refund. I am not impressed.

Brilliant same day service for a replacement tyre.

I very recently had a bronze service on my car 7 days ago. I collected car and parked it for the night, next day the oil light came on for a couple of seconds and then went out, I checked the oil level to see the oil was just below the lower mark on dip stick.
The mechanic had obviously filled car with oil and forgot to recheck oil level after first start up the empty oil filter obviously steals a quarter litre of oil to fill it up hence the re check oil level after initial start up. This is the major fault there are others.

A very simple on line experience to select tyres, discount codes and book a convenient fitting slot at my convenience.
Team in Stafford were excellent, couldn't fault the turn around time. All in all, excellent service.

Disappointed with this visit. I went to have a puncture repaired and once again was forced into having a new tyre. Unnecessary work, but not a lot you can do when the wheel is off the car and the tyre is off the wheel.
Will try somewhere else next time for sure.

The Tyrefitter / person apparently in charge was very helpful however the workshop was extremely untidy, the office was dirty, desk littered and reflected badly on the company as did the Customer waiting room. There was an empty vending machine, no working coffee, furniture was in a dreadful state. Tired, worn and unwelcoming. Payment not made there but in awful office next door. The fitters rest area was filthy dirty, littered and open to view by customers. I use Stafford Tyre for excellent service, advice and customer facilities received in past years. My recent experience was good fitting standards but everything else shockingly poor. A once very busy facility empty of customers. A pit !

The guys were all very helpful and changed the tyres very quickly.
