Car Service
Booked a gold service online. Completed in 90 minutes which seemed quick. But after I’ve received no email or paperwork of what’s been done, service book I deliberately left on the passenger seat not signed. So literally got no record anywhere of what has been done. At least they did clear the service reminder on the dashboard.

NOT Impressed!
I purchased 2 premium tyres costing over £200 & asked for them to be fitted on the front & the existing drivers side front tyre to go on the rear, as the tread was very good, this was not done, leaving me with rear tyres that were 75% worn!
I will return to my usual centre in Trowbridge & have already purchased 2 more premium tyres to be fitted on the rear this Friday! I will NOT be returning to protyre in Westbury, you only get one chance to impress me & FAILED!

Asked 3 times for an estimate
Asked 3 times for an estimate. None came.
Had to wait 24hours for a part even though it was booked in for about a month.
When I phoned to ask if my car was ready the work had been finished for 90 minutes but the receptionist had not had time to contact me!
Don’t know if I will use them again.

Got to the location for timed booking…
Got to the location for timed booking slot and tyre fitter had left and would not be back for over an hour, had to wait for them to return, got home with loose wheel after tyre fitted only to find out that wheel spacer had not been replaced so had to drive all the way back to get missing spacer, appalling service

Tyre replacement
I went in to ask for a new tyre. This was fitted the next day and all my tyres were checked for me
I have always found the staff to be very helpful, this is my go to garage and will continue to use them. Unlike other garages, i feel i wont be ripped off here
