I booked my car in at 1 o'clock to have the air-conditioning regas. After waiting for an hour and a half I had my car returned and told air con didn't work because of a faulty compressor. I totally understand this is not the fault of the mechanics, but was asked to pay the full amount. I was, however offered for the gas to be taken out so I wouldn't have to pay, but would take an extra half hour. I didn't want to wait even longer and didn't have time to .Also a technician had put something hot on top of a plastic cover above the radiator and melted it so much it doesn't fit anymore so had to cable tie it on as it doesn't fit properly. That's what I got for £60.
I have used this garage before over the last couple of years without problem. This time though all of the employees had been changed and it wasnt as good.

Not ideal getting a puncture at 9:30pm on the night before you have to drive to Bristol to catch a holiday flight the next morning! So I ended up at Protyre for 8:30am the following day needing a quick fix or potentially losing the holiday. Jack on reception and Carl, who did the repair, were superb and I was on my way again within 20 minutes. No issues with the repair and we had a superb holiday. Thanks to Jack for his polite welcome and to Carl for a great job done. 5 stars for sure!!

Quick and efficient as well as good pricing.

Prompt to my call. Changed tyre with spare to allow me to follow him too depo where they changed and re positioned tyres. All this was completed within 30mins. in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere along with a warm drink. I came away very impressed and would recommend them to anybody.

Arrived late. Staff stayed on to finish the work. Always very pleasant.

Staff are respectful and polite. Aircon regass was done in a reasonable time and a good price. Also received a report on the condition of tyres and brakes which reinforced my own observations.

Excellent service from Protyre Wimborne, Jack was extremely helpful in selecting the best tyres and they were fitted very promptly.

I gave 1 star as I couldn't give zero stars.

Booked an appointment online to have tyre fitted, arrived at depot to be told the tyre didn't get delivered to them and I'll have to come back another day.

Basically got told it was booked online so not their problem.

I was going away for the weekend and I had a puncher no spare tyre tyre fix didn’t work managed to get to pro tyres and they were very helpful fixed it straight away

Got caught out with unrepairable tyre whilst away from home, Goggled nearest garage and these guys were closest, and open on a bank holiday. Lucky for us theses guys had correct tyres and brand we needed which is very unusual for our car. Had us back on road in no time. Men were great so was hot chocolate machine. (Complementary)
