Ever since John Topham established the business in 1960 we have remained a Family owned business with third generation family members in the team. The Safety Footwear and Workwear range has evolved over the years to encapsulate a hard-wearing, style conscious collection. We continue to increase the manufacture of our own styles under the Worktough, Eurotec and Contractor brands.

I bought a pair of safety boots online, on Christmas Eve. The ordering process was straightforward. I didn't expect them to be delivered until into the New Year, but they came on 29th December. I received an email about tracking the delivery, a further email and text giving a specific date and time slot for delivery, and a follow up email after delivery.

Cagelow safety trainers
The other day I was at work and dropped a 11gallon (60kg) keg of beer from waste height directly on my left foot.
Thankfully I was wearing jcb cagelow safety shoes and the only injury was a slight tear to the outer fabric
This is just to say well done and Thankyou for providing an excellent safety shoe that stood up to the test.

Easy to use
Easy to order online for click and collect, phoned me and left a message when items had arrived, pleasant in store experience upon collection with friendly staff and a nice environment.

4 paar safety werkschoenen aangekocht in minder dan 1 jaar gekocht voor pakweg 500 euro
Nu bij 1 schoen is de onderkant losgekomen , en de andere schoen vertoont dezelfde loskomende zool ondanks deze schoenen geen 6 maanden oud zijn en geen verdere beschadigingen heeft geen garantie blijkbaar

Customer service poor response having purchased faulty boots
Bought boots that I have purchased before.
This pair was faulty. Didn't get much help on the
telephone saying bring them in and we will exchange.
I live 50 miles away so I asked if they would post
a pair out. Told would have to send them faulty back
1st. Asked for a prepayment bag or arrange a
courier collection. Told ok but this never happened.
Reluctantly returned to the store to exchange. I will not be using the store again having been satisfied for
many years.

Great product at a great price, swift delivery. Trainers arrived before any notification of dispatch which is my only observation. Would recommend without hesitation.
