P S Performance Ltd Avis

Couldn’t recommend this man enough! Had a completely dead bmw with ecu issues. Pavz came Sunday morning and spent 8hours on my drive trying to sort the issue . Getting it back on the road! The dedication this man put into my car is beyond belief and I promise you , you will not find a more knowledgeable and determined man to sort any issues on your car . Can’t speak highly enough of my experience. His price also can’t be beaten! I look foward to using you again. Thanks again

Absolute legends, I needed a PCV valve, contacted everyone you can imagine nobody was willing to help on a Sunday. These guys stayed opened till 11pm so that I could drive from london to pick the part up from derby!
10/10 customer support & service

Knows what he is doing. Is quick and gives you the best performance possible.service is always 10/10 only person I would trust with my car.

Dealt with Pavz, has a lot of knowledge about B58s, sorted my Bootmod3 license. He’s a great guy, very supportive and definitely knows his stuff! I highly recommend this place!

Great guy, knows his cars and value for money. Money well spent and car is now more fuel efficient and flying. Plan to also get my second car remapped

Massive shoutout to Pavz at psperformance, supplied ds25 hpfp and flex fuel kit. The flex fuel kit I ordered went back ordered but Pavs went out of his way to ensure I received a different flex fuel kit in time to be fitted before mapping. Thanks again Pavz

After completing some work on my m140i Pav was kind enough to offer me a special deal on apple car play as a returning customer. Completed the work in the time specified at a very good price and I can honestly say it has made a big difference to the infotainment in the car. Highly recommend for work or parts.

Pav guided me through my BMW tuning experience. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he's also a genuinely nice and helpful guy. I highly recommend him if you're looking to tune your BMW with Bootmod3 or XHP. With Pav, you're in good hands.

Thank you for all your help!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Pav at PS Performance once again, and as always, the service was top-notch. Pav consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. His knowledge is exceptional, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly, making even the most technical aspects easy to understand.

What stands out most is the quality of customer service. Pav is approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about getting the best results for his customers. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, he makes you feel valued and confident in the services provided.

I can’t recommend Pav and the team at PS Performance highly enough. If you’re looking for expertise paired with outstanding customer care, look no further!

Thank you, Pav, for another excellent experience!

Absolutely amazing customer service, great advice too
100% will use again in the near future

Had a symbol for my brakes show up on the dashboard sent it to PSP quick first response within 10 minutes to confirm that the brakes needed servicing. The next day I was contacted with a time of collection and upon arrival confirmed the amount and also showed me the parts that were orignal BMW dealer parts. After taking the car away the service was swift with communication being clear I was sent pictures of the parts taken off and clear videos showing how much they had perished. Once repaired the car arrived back to me I paid and I was back on the road again. To sum up quick service to a high standard, clear communication and reasonable price. The car drives a lot smoother now thank you once again PSP for getting me on the road again swiftly.

Honestly 5 starts is minimum, top service, answered all my questions, and fast shipping, couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish

I don’t usually write reviews but what a Top quality bloke, He will go above and beyond to help you out any day or time and also advises you that you don’t need to waste money on fancy stuff the other big companies claim makes a difference when he proves they don’t. He’s all about affordability and trying to help you save money and make good power even comes to you mobile. I look forward to annoying him in the further in future purchases 🤣

I can’t even say a single thing that is not 100% very positive!Great shop and an absolutely phenomenal owner.i was looking for a BM3 license for my F30 BMW, Pavz reached out to me and went out of his way to help me.i was a bit shocked as majority of shop owners and workers wouldn’t do something like that unless you were a close friend or relative.i would recommend this shop and especially Pavz over any other shop I know,I’m in the US so that says a lot!!!if you are looking for anything performance wise for your BMW do not look any more, you will not be disappointed. Huge thanks to Pavz 🍻my friend I appreciate you more than you know

Great service from start to finish guiding my through each steep great customer service 5star

Very polite and helpful, really knows his stuff about cars!

Finally went and got my f40 m135i booked in and done by pavz. Had it stage 1 and ecu unlocked and has improved the car by an awful lot. Pavz is supper professional and made the whole thing a breeze from start to finish. Can’t wait to get more stuff done to this car and know it’s in great hands.

Best experience, looked after me well with what i needed and also spoke to me and offered to help out more with anything else. Down to earth and does this because it’s something he enjoys and he gives a 10/10 service. Definitely coming back. Was worth the long drive. Also offered to help out with a fault on my car that another garage has caused!
