A brilliant company to deal with. The website is really easy to use and has all the information you need for a custom case. I was kept up to date when my order was ready and dispatched, and my cases were very well packed so not to get damaged in transit.

Can’t fault these guys I wasn’t in a rush so didn’t pay for expedited delivery yet still they was rapid! Recommend these guys all day long and will defo come back to them! No hassle is key to business and these guys delivered, dimensions perfect! You’d be daft to use anyone else

Quality custom cases
I wanted a couple of custom cases and the Puffin Plastics prices were very competitive.
Coupled with a straightforward online ordering system, this convinced me to order and glad I did.
The cases are well made, arrived on time and were very well packaged.
Next time I need a custom case, I'll be ordering from Puffin Plastics.

First Class experience
I have now ordered two custom made enclosures for display models and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Service is good, especially as the first one was ordered over the last Bank Holiday period, which could have held things back, but didn't.
Delivery was a tad expensive at £10 by DPD for each item, but they arrived totally undamaged with no mark or dent on either carton and in any event the cases are packed with cellular air wrap in a very strong cardboard box. Can't ask for more.
Thank you Puffin, would certainly come to you again should the need arise.

Excellent product and great…
Excellent product and great communication from the team. One piece of constructive criticism only, that is the collection/delivery options should default to delivery first. Or even a choice of two buttons to click, and not be able to proceed to payment until this is completed.
Having said this..I have used Puffin plastics before and will continue to do so, as they make outstanding products.
