Far too expensive, too much packaging and ink maybe ditch those and lower the price.
Sainsbury’s have their own nighttime berry, much nicer, cheaper and less packaging.

Wake up customers, we are being ripped off!!!!

I shall begin by saying that we love these teas. One in particular my daughter drinks regularly but is no longer in any of our supermarkets. She was on the website and found it. Unfortunately because I have/had a shop pay account before I could stop her it had automatically checked out. £18.96 for three boxes of tea. I immediately emailed them and requested they cancel the order. It was £3.99 postage. Where I can avoid it I do not pay postage. I had no response other than two days later to confirm my order was out for delivery. Terrible customer service given the price we pay for these teas. Once we have depleted our supplies it will be M&S or Aldi’s own which are all equally as good just not as many options.

tasteless and expensive teas without flavour. The same taste like to drink hot water. Tried first in my life and will not try anymore.

Anyone currently paying almost a fiver for 20 tea bags needs to know there's nothing pukka about this brand any more. It's owned by huge multinational Unilever so all the individuality, character and quality have been steadily eroded. The teabags fall apart in the mug. 'Customer service' asked me for 6 different items of proof! Laughable. Never again.

Ordered an item which I got on time but was the wrong item. Emailed them as directed and said they will reply within 2-3 days, a week passed and nothing, so I used their online chat, useless! They can’t do anything and just said to wait for a reply and that they emailed them to… finally got a reply after a week! They said they will send another for free.. that was 2 weeks ago and hasn’t even been shipped yet! And emailed last Friday asking what’s happening with it.. todays Thursday and got no reply. So I used online chat again, and again all they could do was say sorry, sent a push email to the department and for me to wait. For a company like Pukka having what seems like one part time customer service person on the emails and with a chat service that doesn’t do anything is both funny and appealing!!

Har været til stor fest her til aften på Hellerup Sejlklub. Efter middagen var der mulighed for te eller kaffe - valgte en kop Earl Grey te, der allerede ved ankomsten lugtede (stank) kraftigt af lakrids. Smagte forsigtigt på den og var ved at spytte den ud, for det var ganske rigtigt lakrids og ikke Earl Grey te. Spurgte tjeneren efter en kop ordentlig te, men hun havde kun Gorgeous Earl Grey fra Pukka, der var ødelagt af lakrids. Tænk at sådan et fint sted som Hellerup Sejlklub vil servere sådan noget for deres gæster, vi var flere der var meget skuffede !

Their tea is priced quite high but it's gross. We tried the mixed pack and all the teas have this weird sweet unpleasant taste to them. I feel pretty ripped off considering I could have got T2 tea for the same price and had a good experience.

I really love this tea all them are very refreshing, clean your palette also and my mother and sister also enjoy this tea . I think i have tried them all and there all very nice

Ordered tea after first successful subscription. This was over two weeks ago and I still haven't received my order. The customer service is appalling as I have contacted them multiple times over several platforms. The concern has been transferred to their escalations team who are meant to respond within 48hrs but still nothing after two weeks. Pukka sort it out!!

Only given a 1 as I can't give zero! Set up a monthly subscription which was all going fine until I did not receive an order - very poor response from customer service and 14 days later still no order and no refund. I am about to start a chargeback claim for a refund. Do not buy tea from their website - not trustworthy and appalling customer service.

They need to sort out the bag, they just aren’t sustainable. Iv bought a few boxes now from different supermarkets and more or less every teabag has burst.

If I could give Pukka less than one star I would!

Previously I have had zero issues with them. Basically, they have taken my money and I have received no goods in return!

I have emailed back and forth. I have been assured that it would arrive but nothing…..over a month later. 3 times I have requested a refund and they have given up responding to me.

The customer service is non-existent…..absolutely appalling. Do not purchase anything from them at all.

A box containing 20 teas cost over £4.100% price increase!
Will not be buying it anymore.

I bought Pukka tea long before Unilever bought it out. It was delicious tea, one teabag could easily provide two cups. The Peppermint & Licorice was my favourite. I wouldn't buy this brand ever again, its absolutely disgusting, the teas are weak with no flavor.

FRAUD. Pukkaherbs.com take payment for orders and then don't send them out. Contacting customer services by email is ignored. Opening a ticket (twice) they say they will get back to you the next day (they don't). Quite clearly this is a failing company that rather than refund for items they do not have in stock, decides to keep your money instead. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT SUPPLY YOUR ORDER AND WILL NOT REFUND YOU EITHER. Order UK26188.

I was not satisfied with the herbal tea I purchased (one with cardamon, chicory, etc). The taste is unpleasant and the only way to make it palatable is to add sweetener which is not mentioned on the box. I contacted customer service, asking for s coupon so I can sample a different flavor since I was dissatisfied with the one I purchased. All I receive from them is robotic responses. I contact them once a week stating that I would like a personalized response. I receive the same generic robotic email each time. Their customer service is abominable . I will no longer purchase PUKKA products.

Bought some Pukka tea bags for the first time to try. Made 2 cups of tea and the bags disintegrated in both very quickly making it necessary to use a strainer before drinking. Although the taste wasn't bad unfortunately due to the poor quality of the bag I will not be buying this product again.

Which make them useless after a rely short time.. before the tea lost there favorite- before i get to get them in the shop.-. i can hardly teats the different from 1 tea to the next one.. i so disappointing..it like drink water whit a tiny drop of Camilla tea. full prize is expensive. for tea whit out

I cannot get over how many 1 stars and just 2 for Pukka Herbal Teas. Is it because people have not had Herbal Teas before? or is it that they just do not like the flavour of Green teas?. What would you expect exactly for a herbal Tea. As far as i know they are the only Herbal Tea supplier that use "No Plastic" and the ties are cotton. Thats why i buy them. But i choose the flavours i like and add a little honey tumeric lemon whatever i think at the time. It is an aquired taste i am afraid.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Christmas Present. Every tea type is infused with a particular and DISGUSTING sweet taste. I have now found out that every tea (bag) has liquorice in it. I love liquorice but NOY this SICKLY version. I wonder whether is of herbal origin or chemical. I like green tea and I like herbal but this product is neither. STEER CLEAR!
