As pleased as Punch with my new Video Editing PC.
It took me a while to decide which computer company to go with as this is a fairly big investment but after much investigation and deliberation I decided on Punch Technology because of the easy to digest information and specifications on their website and following a couple of calls I'd made to their technical team before making my decision, during which they were extremely helpful in determining my needs and what pieces of equipment would suit my needs best.
My order was despatched and delivered withing the timeframe they had originally advised and I was extremely please to see how well packaged the item was on a crated delivery.
Needless to say that when everything was plugged in and running, it all worked like a dream and the time it now takes me to compile and edit a 20 minute 4k video is probably only a 1/10th of the time it was taking me previously.
Based on my experience to date, I would highly recommend Punch Technology and would definitely use them again.

Bought a New PC, had a 'glitch',

Very good PC.
I was thinking if I should give Punch Technology 4 stars of 5 stars but thought that 4 stars should probably be an injustice to their overall service.
I ordered custom built PC and even before ordering they were great in providing useful advice.
PC was built to my spec and appears to be working great. Packaging was good to protect the PC during transport.
The only "issue" was that it took longer to build then originally advertised. And this would not be a problem if there was any communication from them to advise of the delay and any ETA. At any time. But there was none.
I had to call 3 times. Every time they were very polite and apologetic.
If I could make one suggestion that would be to put a process in place and communicate to the customers if their orders are going to be late.

It was very well packaged.
It's extremely fast and very quiet.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from Punch Computers again in the future.

I've always found Punch a good company to deal with when ordering you have the options to spec your own machine and then they are happy to advise you on the options you've chosen. They are quick at answering the telephone and offer very good advice

Superbly built machine
Superbly built machine, with great attention to detail and performing very well. A little more visibilty of progress during the build and some covering documentation with the machine would have been the icing on top. I'm very happy overall, thanks.

Easy to use website and good value products
The website was easy to navigate with recommendations for particular uses eg gaming,office, studio etc. These could then be easily modified. It would have been useful to have received a progress report giving estimated delivery date

The worst company ever how are they taking 3 weeks to refund me and not replying when I have returned my item what is this terrible customer service. If I don’t get a reply back soon I will have to report this to my bank and get my money back some how

Hi, we're really sorry for any delay in processing your refund - with any return, we do have to inspect the product before a refund can be processed, and an unexpected staff absence has caused a small delay to our returns process. I can see on your ticket that our customer service team were responding to you, but we appreciate that any delay in getting a refund can be frustrating. I can see the refund has been processed, 12 working days after the return was received at our warehouse, and issued as agreed.

Excellent service
Excellent service. The website was easy to navigate. I was able to decide easily exactly what I needed for my PC. The information on the website helped me to decide exactly the best setup to fit my needs.
Communication with Punch technology was easy. When I contacted them, my queries were answered in a friendly and knowledgeable way. Delivery was on time and everything was packaged very securely.

Good computer with good support
The PC was made to my specifications (with advice from the Sales Team) at a competitive price and was delivered in the agreed timescale. A minor difficulty was quickly cleared up by a call to a very efficient support representative. So far I am very happy with my purchase.
