My mini poodle Mandy used to pull a lot with her old harness and after trying on the PupsCloset harness the change was immediate! She doesn’t pull anymore which makes it so much easier for me to walk her. Very happy customer :D

A little hiccup in our purchase (missing patches for one harness) but Jessica F. was more then gracious in helping us. Very nice quality on the harnesses! Having a chihuahua/dash mix at 7lbs its very hard to find a harness thats fits our girl well. Definitely would recommend this for little dogs. Thank you so much!

I really love these harness that I ordered. Unfortunately, the one I bought for my puppy pit chewed right through the chest strap and now I need to fix it so he can not chew through it again. It is so worth it because it really helps with his pulling.

I ordered a collar with ID engraving on the metal clasp. What a disappointment! The engraving is so inferior, the phone number is not readable, and you can tell the name would easily rub off. The personalized collar was a total waste of money, it serves no purpose with unreadable engraving. The company will not respond. BEWARE! Rip off!

I ordered over $90 of products 10 days ago from the U.K. and have received no update at all - nobody answers the chat and according to the tracker it’s still marked as ordered! Your products look amazing but your customer service is not good! If you can’t fulfil orders you should update your site to say so! I am 24hrs away from seeking repayment through my bank who will then be seeking that from you. It’s not a fair way to treat your customers!

Ordered personalized harness in January, received ONLY velcro name badges but NO HARNESS. Jessica from Company said “they said they sent it” ahhh, no you didn’t! Still waiting! very upset that emails go unanswered! What a disappointment

Was difficult to order & app would not allow my choice of color.Eventually,was assisted by someone on the chatt.Received product was dissappointed in the quality.

Good product, fits good. Took longer than normal to receive.

Easy to navigate the online store. Prompt shipping of my order which was received as ordered. Product as described. I would suggest a safety strap be added by the consumer between the harness and a collar to prevent your pup from backing out of the harness as mine did.

I was shopping for a no-pull harness and I didn't get it. Spent 37$ on a harness that is ok for regular walking. One flaw, the 0-ring that joins strap on the sides slips and goes sideways which loosens harness over all. I will continue searching for a no-pull harness. Any ideas?
