PUPS Portable Storage Avis 33

Probably one the worst customer experiences I have ever had with a company, hard to communicate with. Takes for ever to respond. Had issues with my container that no one ever addressed. Got charged an extra month for a few extra days even though I wanted the container picked up weeks earlier. Company seems arrogant and not customer driven.

Pups portables were great. They were easy to deal with and very good in arranging delivery and removal of the container. Their rates were competitive and their customer service excellent. Will definitely use them again.

PUPS delivered what they promised. They were courteous, timely and communicated well. Important details such as communicating need for a parking permit was done on time.

The actual delivery, storage and pick up service was great and professionally done. All our items were in place and without any damage.

When offloading was finished earlier than foreseen PUPS was able to arrange an earlier than planned pick up, which was great. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I already provided feedback more than once. No one has acknowledged any of my feedback. Stop inviting me to comment when you don't seem to care about me or the time I have taken to give you feedback.

Excellent service and arrived on time. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I found the people very helpful and they answered all the questions I had.

Container never delivered. Had to pay upfront and was refused refund when I tried to cancel because it did not arrive in time for my movers. They actually suggested they never offer delivery windows because they are too busy and can deliver until and incl. after 6 p.m. I don't know who moves after 6 p.m. in winter? Finally the Customer Service Manager refunded my money from his personal bank account. One dedicated employee.

Arranging storage through PUPS was simple and met my needs during my transitional moves.
All of my belongings made it to the final destination without incident.
But most of all, the PUPS representatives were attentive and helpful.

I would recommend using a pod for short
Or long term. It arrived on time. Due to a little glitch, they worked quickly and it was still picked up on time!

I had to manage the entire experience. Drop off didn’t come at the times negotiated. I finally took matters into my own hands and dealt with the 3rd party company myself for timing. They were lovely. Customer service told us we could fit our four bedroom house into one container. Clearly not even a 2 bedroom house would fit in the container. Marks were left on both driveways. Concrete was scraped.

This was a great Idea. Pups was very much organized and on time.
The cost was very affordable as well.
