These are the most comfortable knee supports I have used and they allow me to work all day as a builder. Highly recommend

Ordered a pair of bamboo sleeves. Really happy with them. The material is lovely and soft and they easy the pain in my knees.

Ordered a pair of the knee braces but when they came the size was wrong. No problem, they told me to keep the wrong sized pair & would send the correct size free of charge. Can't ask for anymore of that. Superb. So far waiting the new ones to arrive. Can't wait to try these!!

Received a pair of support sleeves to help with my arthritis. Was more than surprised at the excellent quality of the product.

Ordered 2 knee braces but when they arrived they were too tight for me
They have agreed to send me 2 replacements in a larger size which is great and I do not have to send the smaller ones back

My items received although they took longer than stated, the size was tight. I contacted Claudia who arranged a replacement (free of charge) in the next size up and said I could keep the old ones. Am awaiting delivery of my new items.

Placed order on 4th Jan, advertised that delivery takes 3-5 business days, still waiting, had 1 email on 9th Jan with tracking details, checked today 15th Jan says in transit, it only left china yesterday,
Advertising says based in Netherlands, yet order comes from China? Similar to other company onecompression they also state in USA but delivery from China, not good service

I ordered a pair of foot sleeves from PureCompress. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the material, which was very soft and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately the size I ordered was too small. On contacting PureCompress to ask whether I could exchange them for the larger size, I was told that I would be sent the larger size and didn’t even have to return the original pair. It’s rare to find such amazing customer service. Many thanks, PureCompress, and Claudia in particular!

I’ve been dealing with knee pain during my workouts and these bamboo knee supports have honestly made such a difference. The quality is brilliant, they’re comfortable to wear and stay in place, and they’ve really helped take the pressure off my knees in the gym. I can train properly again without that constant ache. Highly recommend.

I had ordered the wrong size. I asked for return address and would have ordered a smaller size. I was delighted when advised no need to return and they would send new size. Not many companies would make it so easy! Can not thank them enough. A very happy customer. Lynn Jermy

I’ve been wearing the support for about a week and I have to say that where previously my right knee was always a bit stiff it’s considerably less so and equally less painful. I have arthritis so the support is definitely helping. Early days but so far so good.

Very helpful staff who sorted out my return. I already have the gloves they work a treat.

Amazing communication with Claudia on customer service following an error on my side , it was sorted out without any fuss.
I received my knee sleeves , which i am very happy with able to do things again playing golf walking my dog without to much pain while i am waiting to have surgery on my knee.
I am so pleased with them after trying so many other products.

Amazing communication from the pure compress team. The product itself is perfect for those suffering with mid to hard pain and the material offers breathable support. Easy to use and store. Can be taken away on holiday.

I ordered Bamboo Knee Sleeves from Purecompress (uk). The deal was attractive offering buy one get one free. They were sent and received without any problem.
The sleeves are of excellent quality and provide good compression without any discomfort. I mostly wear them to play golf and they support my knee very well and allow my knee to move without any pain. I have also worn them overnight and again are comfortable and effective when moving.

Product arrived quickly. Unfortunately the knee sleeves which are of good quality are too tight. The company quickly responded to my problem and will send out a larger size.

Received the knee supports and found them soft and easy to put on. However I felt a larger size would be better, and was pleased to find that was easily arranged.

Great speedy service, great product, really soft and supportive on my osteoarthritis knees. Will be recommending these to others and purchasing more.

Little sceptical at first buying from Facebook, due to the number of scams around. They were a bit late arriving but worth the wait. They are just like the picture shows. Size ordered, fitted well. The relief I felt when I put these stockings on was wonderful.
I am already walking better than I have In years and the pain is subsiding.
When I mention that they were a little tight at the end of the day and left a mark I was immediately offered a replacing a larger size . Brilliant service
