I bought a heating pad that had a glitch , promptly answered my email and a replacement is on the way! This is a great honest company and their customer service is very very good! I have some of their products and they're all wonderful

The customer service team at Pure Enrichment are the most responsive I've ever contacted. I had an auto essential oil diffuser that didn't work and they replaced it right away. Their emails are friendly and supportive! I wish all companies were as helpful as they are!

Very responsive and quick to give solutions for their products. I was very pleased with this.

My daughter gave me the Pure Enrichment XXL heating pad which I had been using for a couple of years with no problems. I use it daily in the winter at my back while sitting to keep me warm. I washed it according to instructions for the first time and it no longer worked after washing. I contacted the company basically to vent since I did not have a receipt. (The heating pad is warranted for 5 years). They replaced it anyway! I don't remember the last time I met with such incredible customer service, but clearly, they care about their customers. As a result of this experience I would not hesitate to purchase their products. Next time though, I'll settle for spot cleaning. ;)

Humidifier bought it after a few months of operation( I have another one that was bought at the same time...still working). I note a few failures in this product line on the reviews, but humidifiers can be sensitive to whatever water you have. Unfortunately, water is getting harder and harder so something to look into regarding your water hardness/corrosiveness. I registered the product for the warranty but didn't save the receipt (but Costco did!). Anyway, warranty service excellent and they are sending me a replacement! Highly recommend this company!!

I have had 4 of their dehumudifiers and the always broke 1-2 months after the one year warranty. The last one I bought in 2022 and it died 2023 so I complained to them and they replaced it. It worked for 13 months and like clockwork died.

I emailed them because it had died and I saw the new one came with a 5 year warranty.

I purchased their sleep sound machine through a third party seller. In the box was a sheet indicated they have award winning customer service and will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Wrong? Complete lie! When I told them the product didn’t work and was very difficult to use and will have the opposite affect than they claim they said we can’t help you because I bought their product through a third party. Who cares where it was purchased? It’s still their product! Stay far away due to poor customer service. Not even close to award winning.

I purchased a battery powered heat wrap from a reseller on eBay that was advertised new still in box but they didn't include the battery making the unit useless. I can't find one to buy so I contacted pure enrichment to buy one. Without an original bill of sale they won't sell me one. It's ridiculous!

This heating pad is wonderful! I had no idea what a step up this is from my old heating pad. I have had several neck aches but could never get my old heating pad around my neck properly; it usually slipped off when I moved. The heating pad stays put nicely with the belt. The cord is long enough that I can move from my chair to my computer, which is another plus for me. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought a heating pad from them a couple of years ago and when it broke, they replaced it without a problem. Now I called again because I got another iPad and it broke again and they took a long while to answer the email. Then they kept repeating emails with the same repeated copy and paste message to try for me to fix the pad, even though I replied to their email explaining that their copy paste solution didn’t work, and I also send them a proof of purchase and they still, didn’t they still said that they couldn’t open the link. I sent the link to different people and it works perfectly fine so they just wanna make up excuses not to replace the pad and they have an awful customer service. I won’t be buying from them any more.

I wish more companies offered the same exceptional customer support and had the confidence in their products to offer a 5-year warranty.

I love when a product is self-explanatory right out of the box without having to read the instructions, and this fit the bill. Two AA batteries go in the end, and you push and pull the interchangeable tips depending on what you want to do for your fingers and toes. There are files, shapers, and buffers. Wow!

There are two speeds, which make it perfect for little touchups or full on Mani/Pedi. The RPM/rotations are super smooth, and it’s solid in your hand. Not too dainty, and not too heavy. It even comes with a little cloth bag to store everything in. #RecommendHighly!

Totally incompetent. They lost two shipments. Over 11 days and both shipments are lost. I would never use them again.

We got the XL-3 in 1 Humidifier, it didn't work, so much steam but no smell, even if you were sitting right next to it. We wasted so much essential oil, thinking maybe we just needed more. them when I asked to return it they said I have to pay for shipping, it cast me $18.84 so it would be better if they just said no returns in the first place.
then I got a paper with it saying if I wrote a review they would send me essential oils on them. even though I normally never write a review with out using the product first, I did. so one of these good reviews are mine. they never send me the essential oils.
I told them all this and they did nothing.

Absolutely horrible customer service over my cool mist humidifier and my air purifier and I was completely lied to from One customer service representative and then I was contacted by another customer service representative that didn't know the entire story or the situation. I would completely avoid at all costs dealing with pure enrichment or any of their junk products.

I recently purchased The MistAire Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier and am thrilled with it. I have it placed right near the bed and you literally cannot hear it running at all. The mist is superfine, it is very easy to use, and is a good value.

I bought this small humidifier because my daughter has several she uses in her children’s bedrooms. I tend to get a bloody nose with the dry winter air in Wisconsin. This very quiet device has been a lifesaver! Wish I would have bought it years ago!

I got the air purifier for Christmas. I was worried that it would be too loud. But, it is quiet and effective. I can already tell that the air is cleaner. I am totally satisfied.

I do a lot of sewing and quilting and after a day of sewing my back is very painful. This heating pad brings very welcome relief. This is the second heating pad I have bought from Pure Enrichment -- the last one wore out after 5 years. I am looking forward to another 5 years of heating relief.
