Item paid for and tracking sent but then 1 week later I contacted them to see where my delivery was to be told its out of stock. But if I hadn't have asked how long would it have been before they told me

Sorry to see this review. Completely understand your frustrations. Your order was placed on an upto 7 working day delivery option. So we were still making efforts with the manufacturer within the guidance time. You would have received a call yesterday if you hadn't called us yourself beforehand.
We still have 2 days left to get stock to you at the time of writing your review it was due tomorrow, but we have cancelled this on the back of your cancellation ahead of schedule.
