No cleaning stations - anywhere!
There are no cleaning stations anywhere in the gym. Didn’t think that was allowed? Was horrible having to use machines knowing they’ve not been cleaned in between users. Disgusting.

The team also clean every piece of kit and surface throughout the day, from dumbbells to treadmills and everything in between, so you can train with confidence.
We have also installed new self-cleaning stations so you can clean your kit before and after use, for added peace of mind. Cleaning stations are located in all key areas of the gym to make it as easy as possible. Please feel free to speak with your local members of staff who can show you where these are located. Great range of gym / resistance…
Great range of gym / resistance training equipment which was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the boot camp / circuit training class I attended was really well designed and delivered by an excellent instructor who took the trouble to monitor and correct exercise technique throughout the class. Changing area / toilets could have been better maintained hence 4 out of 5.

Not bad but could be more hygienic need…
Not bad but could be more hygienic need more cleaning equipment for people to clean after them self. Don't give five stars because there is no pool or saunas

We've installed new self-cleaning stations so you can clean your kit before and after use, for added peace of mind. Cleaning stations are located in all key areas of the gym to make it as easy as possible.
Regarding the point raised on providing pools, we’re afraid this would not be possible; we don't have pools/saunas etc. as the standard in our gyms is our focus on providing quality fitness equipment while keeping costs affordable for all members. Thanks, PureGym

Alright gym, good range of equipment but is constantly full of kids clearly way younger than the supposed required sign up age of 16+

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system.
The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code. As well as this, we have staff monitoring the gym, as well as a 24/7 CCTV team.
All members are required to enter their date of birth on sign up, and will need to be 16 years old or above.
If believed to be underage they will be required to provide ID to staff or risk a suspension until their age has been verified. Thanks, PureGym

Excellent location with staff on hand at most times, professional atmosphere that isn't too intimidating for new arrivals, staff won't jump on you to do an induction either but are there if you need them
