Just a fantastic gym, staff are amazing, always helpful and friendly, the gym is perfect for.my needs two of my friends have joined from my recommendation.

Great 1st experience
Really nice environment, i have social anxiety and I was super nervous for my 1st ever time in the gym but Sophie at the Broadstairs site was really really helpful and reccomended some machines/workouts for beginners and even showed me how to use some machines for my 1st workout. Can't wait to be back tomorrow for a class. Thanks!

Clear and easy to navigate
Website and options were very clear. Easy to navigate and make initial payment.
Had called in the gym and found staff helpful and facilities excellent, hence decision to join today.

Pure gyms Facebook messenger service…
Pure gyms Facebook messenger service was brilliant get back to me within 24 hrs like they said they would akd it was resolved within 20 mins not like the staff at Westwood cross Broadstairs wasn’t really interested in helping me but took my details anyway and your email service is dreadful took over 32 hrs to get a response and then never looked at the issue aka thought it was all dealt with

It was okay joining online but would be easier for a lot of people if they could just join in person at the gym.
Not everyone is able to do things online and can be complicated

Couldn’t get in
I have signed up and got my pin but when i went to the gym the pin didn’t work and I couldn’t get in. There wasn’t any staff when I pressed the help button so I ended up having to pay for a day pass on-top of already getting a membership in order to be able to get in and not have a wasted trip.

Amazing Value for Money
Amazing value for money, a lot of freedom around membership, facility viewed and very well equipped, completing joining membership was quick, easy, and simple to follow.

Needs attention in the amenities
The gym itself is nice atmosphere and well maintained. The changing rooms and wc are terrible, dirty and full of rubbish, not to mention a urinal that has been broken for 2 weeks. Simple fix less than a days work.

Excellent Establishment
Started going to the gym with my son, and the whole set-up is brilliant.
Plenty of room to do whatever you want to do, and everyone is always so friendly
Having a specialised water machine really helps and the facilities are constantly being cleaned every time I attend

WWX puregym
The staff at Broadstairs PureGym are amazing, so friendly amd approachable.
The gym has been a lot tidier in the last few months with the implications of putting your weights back. The only thing that is frustrating is the lockers, I go at 4am and alot of the lockers are locked with padlocks and there only about 4 females in the gym.. aren't we mean to remove the locks after we finish?
