Good equipment. Other gyms I visit have blue roll and cleaning sprays dotted around to wipe down equipment after use. I think this should be looked at as people (including me) can often leave sweat on... Voir plus

Well here we are again thinking pure gym is different but when it comes too cancelling your membership their is no clear way too do this just running you around in circles clicking buttons that have no affect just returns you too the start process yes you can and i have cancelled by direct debit but just poor

Failed to turn up for induction
I joined Pure Gym on line, booked an induction at Doncaster, turned up a bit nervous, went to vending machine where I was advised to meet a staff member, appointment had been confirmed by email, waited half hour, nobody turned up, felt totally out of place and worthless. Because of this I ended my membership straight away, got my money back with a worthless very quick email from Pure Gym which did contain the word sorry, but no offer to look into the issue or any sincerity.

Recommended for Hyrox training
I was invited by a member to train here with him. I thought the gym was great, especially for Hyrox training as they have the sled you can push and pull. it seems very self automated, from the keycode login to not actually seeing or talking to any gym instructors. For me this was absolutely fine but this may be a challenge for people less familiar with gym equipment. Overall it was a good experience.

Place is awful
Place is awful, same bit of equipment 4 times. No variations of different machines, little to no attachments for the cables. No new additions in a full year despite members paying monthly. The staff are basically non existent, huge amount of wasted space which could've been utilised better but atleast there's 15 treadmills.
