Love pure gym. Only downside is, classes are different each week, and you never know what is being put on. Also receive emails saying you missed classes when you attended. Tried emailing and messaging... Voir plus

Missy Tsim is amazing!
I have been coming to Puregym Dover for a couple years now, and more recently been having PT sessions with Missy Tsim. I cannot be happier with the service, personalised training plans, amazing classes and 1-2-1 training sessions.
I have found my flexibility, mobility, and confidence has rocketed since training with Missy, and love being part of the group activities and socials.
If anyone comes here with low self confidence, and wants a gentle PT who will push you, adapt to your needs and runs amazing classes during the week, contact Missy Tsim!

Excellent
I was personally shown round by the Assistant Manager. Everything was explained to me in detail about the gym, equipment and the joining process, which was very simple. The setup process is quick and gives direct access to the very good app.

Dusty mens shower room
I don't think my Gym in Dover sweep the floor as the amount of dust flying
everytime I used the hair blower it's disgusting. It's like you can put a seed on it and it will grow. That's how dusty the floor is specially under the bench or locker .

Generally a good gym and good price.
Generally a good gym and good price. However there is a lack of certain equipment for some body parts.
