Sooo easy to join!!ter trying to join a certain other…
After trying to join a certain other gym🤦♂️for three days with no success I decided to give Pure a try so went to their new Hatfield gym and literally joined in the foyer on my phone in ten minutes and 30 seconds later having been sent my member code I was going through security doors and looking around the gym planning my first session! Brilliant! Couldn't have been easier thank you Pure!👍👍👍👍👍

Great gym
I work away a lot and the first thing I do is search for a local gym close to my accommodation.
Pure gym ticks all the boxes for me, my only negative is a day pass @£9 is pricy.

Love the Hatfield Pure Gym
Love the Hatfield Pure Gym, classes are amazing including Step, Core, Lift and Pilates. The gym is clean, staff friendly and easy to park for a really good price.

Way too cold inside,the vending…
Way too cold inside,the vending machines don’t take cash, very crowded,not enough machines or benches and too little equipment.

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other specific suggestions on more gym equipment please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed. Its a great place to de-stress and get a good workout in, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable PT's, its a shame the members leave the place in such a mess, leaving weights all over the place, just put them away!

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this.
However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this. Thanks, PureGym

when i went to the gym on the second…
when i went to the gym on the second day i entered my code at the entrance like 5 different times and it wasn't working and i felt so bad, but inside the gym is a nice place but i didn't get to enjoy my 3 days

It’s not something you could possible help but no one goes to the morning classes and that’s what I personally got the membership for.

The staff at the gym is hiding inside…
The staff at the gym is hiding inside the staff room instead of engage with people. They rather hide or feel up vending machine. No one cares about health and safety. People are smashing weights and bring bulky bags, obstructing pathways.

Ive been assaulted several times here.
It is not safe for lmbtq+ and staff wont do anything about it, rather victimise you.
Hypocrites, it is against the law just saying.
