I joined PureGym in January and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I regularly attend spinning, core, pump, mind & HIIT classes, and every single session leaves me feeling stronger, more energised, and amazing afterwards.
The trainers are fantastic, but Asia truly stands out. She is an incredible coach — you can genuinely see that she gives 200% in every class. Her energy, drive, and dedication are so motivating, and she really pushes you to be your best while still making the sessions enjoyable.
I also love the Saturday classes — the coach who runs them is absolutely amazing too (I’m so sorry I can’t recall his name!), and he brings such a great vibe and energy to the sessions.
I absolutely love coming here and would highly recommend PureGym to anyone thinking about joining. You won’t regret it! 💪✨

From lethargic to energetic - Asia and Katie couldn’t be more helpful
For years I’ve avoided the very idea of exercise let alone joining the Gym, now in my thirties I’m starting to see why it’s essential for not only bettering my health but my state of mind and really knowing how to tackle any aches and pains that may occur with either getting on a bit or strain from working a physically taxing job.
The staff at PureGym are nothing short of exceptional, especially Asia and Katie who regularly host Pump, core and strike classes as well as PT classes which I’m hoping to explore further in the future. Their knowledge and enthusiasm knows no bounds and if I’ve ever had any issues with injury or motivation they have always found the correct way to get the results and muscular improvement I’m looking for.
Something I loathed is now a big part of my weekly routine and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I now attend classes with my wife and it’s made our lifestyle and attitude towards daily living more enthusiastic I couldn’t thank them enough for all their help and support!

The staff at this pure gym is top tier
The staff at pure gym eldon garden is top tier. All the trainers are really knowledgeable and helpful. The kit has been refreshed and they added new pieces. They do their best to keep everything clean and tidy. It’s a welcoming environment for newbies and the trainers meet you at your skill level and help you progress. Shout out to Asia and Ariff for always being generous with their time and knowledge!

Avoid! Probably the worst gym company in the world.
Hard to put into words how bad this was... smelly (toilets inside changing room, no ceiling separation), very poor quality air, incredibly noisy (classes held next to training zone with music and shouting at maximum, at deafening levels).
Utterly unhelpful staff.
Dodgy security, people getting in without membership. And a few months after I stopped going, a stabbing took place in the gym. No surprise there.

Misleading Offer & Unresolved…
Misleading Offer & Unresolved Overcharging – Avoid!
I signed up for PureGym’s 3-month promotional offer (half-price membership at £10.50/month with £0 joining fee), confirmed clearly during signup. Despite this, PureGym charged me £30.99without explanation, directly contradicting their advertised terms.
After multiple attempts to resolve this via email, I received no meaningful response. Their customer service is unresponsive and unaccountable, leaving me no choice but to:
1. Dispute the charge with my bank.
2. Escalate to Resolver UK for breach of contract.
This company prioritizes taking money over honoring its promises. Save yourself the hassle—do NOT trust their promotions, and double-check every payment.

The showers are badly designed and…
The showers are badly designed and filthy with pubic hair and fluffy because the shower spray does not reach the far side of the tray.
Could be simply rectified by adding a swivel nozzle instead of the fixed one.
You can't blame cleaners as the dirt accumulates the first time after cleaning, and it's not feasible to get the cleaners in after each use.
Bad management here. I could fix it myself in minutes. Guess it won't get changed. Pity.
