We’re afraid it's true, our gyms can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. The Newhaven Gym is so clean
The Newhaven Gym is so clean, all equipment available and staff so friendly. They work so hard to keep the gym in perfect condition.

I like the variety of equipment
I like the variety of equipment. Staff are friendly shout out to Holly for that especially. I like the way you can see they clean equipment.

Was a gym member from Feb
Was a gym member from Feb - June, really enjoyed it, had a break to go away and everything got really busy and I completely lost my enthusiasm to go to the gym. This is the first time I’ve been back and wow! I am so glad I made this choice! Lara as always inspires the class! I know I’m not going to be able to move in a day or so, but it’s not going to deter me. I’m back! I really enjoyed Pump, booked in for classes next week and looking forward to them all.

Problem not resolved in the slightest
4th September 2025 Update.
Thank you for your message that you very kindly sent TWICE but I’m replying to inform you that the issue has not been resolved in the slightest.
What are you up to - your answer to the original complaint was an email saying how did you enjoy the joining process when in fact I had been promised an access code.
Now you write saying it’s been resolved when in fact nothing has happened at all???
