The standard has gone down
The standard has gone down. Place is not clean and machines are not maintained. We complained about the clock not working and after 6 months waiting, they have taken the clock away! Nowhere to check the time in the entire Gym!!! . Can't they afford a clock?

Excellent gym. All machines and weights i need for my training program. Knowledgeable Personal Trainers always happy to help.

Overall good
PureGym is a good place to work out clean and well-equipped. I haven’t interacted with the staff yet, but they seem helpful. The only downside is that it gets quite crowded during peak hours, especially between 6 and 8 PM. Sometimes it’s hard to get machines right away, and you have to wait a bit. Aside from that, it’s a solid gym overall, and I’d recommend it.

I can highly recommend this gym
I can highly recommend this gym. I have been a member for 8 months now and the staff are amazing. They were brilliant when I came in for an induction. Eve the manager showed me around and helped me book onto a class showing me how to use the weights confidently. I then after 3 days I met James Dodding who as a personal trainer. He has helped me transform the way I look and feel. I train early morning and love that the staff are all friendly and always say hello. They are always on hand to help with training questions or around classes to take. Overall I love going to the gym and because it’s so friendly I now train 4 days a week. I know I’m in great safe hands.

Alternatively, we have a easy access door, which is a lot wider and opens like a normal door. If you want to use this door instead, we can assign you access, but we will need to book you an induction with our Gym Manager to complete a PEEP (Personal Emergency Evacuation Procedure) form. I get exactly what I want-no frills eg sauna, steam room etc.It's close to me and there is always plenty of parking.Gym off peak is usually not too bust-evenings it's a different story. Good range of equipment available. Only gripes are out of the hands of the staff. who are all great. Management very helpful and trainers polite and knowledgeable. Pure gym as a company could do with finding reliable maontainence contractors; air con was out for weeks earlier this year and given that the new treadmills don't have fans the gym was so hot, it also smelt like a zoo!!Sit up bench still broken- no one seems able to fix it and the staff get given a hard time. Come on higher-ups get your act together!!
Would"t think of going anywhere else; no one can match the price.

I’ve been to several gyms, but this one truly stands out. The equipment is top-notch, always clean and well-maintained. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness goals. The atmosphere is positive, energetic, and welcoming — whether you’re a beginner or a regular, you always feel comfortable here.
The staff go above and beyond to create a supportive community, and the classes are both challenging and fun. I’ve seen amazing progress since joining and actually look forward to my workouts now!
If you’re looking for a place that combines great facilities, expert guidance, and a motivating vibe — this gym is hands down the best choice. 💪🔥

Miserable staff
Facilities good, music can be a bit too loud at times to hear my music on my headphones. The only thing letting it down is the miserable staff who don’t even greet you and just sit on their phones. I sent a email and never heard back, going to cancel based on that alone.

It's good located and accesible
It's good located and accesible,
but it will be good if the air quality could be improved or air con to work more often, hard to breath sometimes. Also, sometimes is no cleaning kit available to wipe the equipment.

We have recently made slight changes to this area, looking at improving energy efficiency. This is both to control our energy usage, but also with a look to reduce our carbon footprint. By law, we have a requirement to provide a certain amount of fresh air based on occupancy levels, and our ventilation system increases and decreases at different times throughout the day and night, making sure we meet these requirements and provide good air movement around the gyms. These levels are based on size of the gym, and occupancy levels, and are regularly monitored.
All member feedback is reviewed, and brought to the attention of our Facilities team, who regularly review any changes we make to our gym facilities and all feedback is taken into account when making any future changes.

Always machines are broken air…
Always machines are broken air conditioning in off from past one month and management don't bother to sort it out its so humid you cant even breath. Air-conditioning is off from over a month now disgusting way of saving money will leave soon by the end of this month
