Very happy I joined Puregym
I joined Puregym last week Sunday.
I have been to the gym five days within this time.
I have the Puregym plan where you can join classes. I have participated in four of the classes. I enjoyed all of them. My favorite was the introduction to weight lifting.
I am a positive person, since attending the gym I have felt even more happier. I think this alone is amazing and I'm getting fitter.

There are two points I'd like to be…
There are two points I'd like to be better.
1. Each tine it's dirty in the change room as well as in the fitness studio.
2. Although the class duration should be 45 min according to the schedule it was only 30 min. Twice this week. It's frustrating.

Well worth the money!
Great location, great value for money. I attend at off peak hours and never have to wait around and it’s never that busy. Great showers. Can’t complain at all!! Highly recommend! Cheers :)

PureGym Reading used to be good
PureGym Reading used to be good. I have been a member ever since it was open. Classes and trainers used to be really that good and I enjoyed coming mostly everyday. But now it's going downhill classes are awful and good trainers are gone. Please sort out otherwise you will lose loyal customers like me.

Well kept
It is well kept and regulated the area has a wide variety of use the only recent issue is the door only working on one side however it does not dull the experience

The gym is tidy, looks decent
The gym is tidy, and well organised, almost everything you need. One big problem with Pure gym Caversham Road in Reading is THE SMELL. Every time you walk in there it smells like old sweaty socks... I haven't has this experience in other Pure Gym locations so they definitely have some bad airflow I dont know

Air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym.
Pod doors don’t work
Doors are rubbish. I’ve been here at 5am and the pod doors open to let me in but then don’t close behind me. I make sure I’m fully in but they just won’t close. Then you step back out and then they close on you. You then re-enter your code and it won’t let you in. There’s nobody there to help either at that time. Waste of time and effort getting up to go. Sure it’s cheap but I’d rather pay twice the price and actually be able to go to the gym.

Really enjoy the classes
Really enjoy the classes, especially the spin classes.
Would like more classes of 45 mins rather than 30 mins.
Could you upgrade the bikes as they are constantly dropping handle bars and seats slide backwards.
More spin instructors needed at present please.
Generally very pleased with the gym overall.

Membership issues
The website is not working properly. The money has been taken from my account but the membership is still not visible on my Puregym app. I've chosen a particular starting date which was not indicated in the purchase, instead the membership is starting today...very disappointing.
