This gym is let down by its members. Ive visited over 40 puregyms in my time and Sutton is in the top 3 worst. Its clean enough but the members gym etiquette is horrendous. Nobody puts weights away... Voir plus

The best gym in and around Sutton
The best gym I’ve ever been a member of, and I’ve tried a few different gyms in my time! Really friendly environment and the staff are always very visible and willing to help. They also offer a great range of classes too. 10/10 🖤

Buddy Pass
I joined with buddy pass. There was an error with signing in, where it wouldn't let me proceed. The manager at Sutton was nice though, and helped me sort it out.

I recieved a warm welcome by Eloise
as it was my first time to visit the gym. She offered me a seat and sat down to find out how she could help me. This helped me to relax and felt respected. She found a personal trainer for me, Lawrence who was fantastic. We had a good chat on what I was looking for and how he can help me. He was professional, understanding and knowledgeable about his job. He showed me around the gym and he was very reassuring that I will be able to reach mg goal.
I am impressed with all the different machines I would like to use. I think I chose the right gym.

Absolutely disastrous
I was assaulted there and thier head office decided to terminate my membership even though I was the victim and had witness plus the cctv showed everything. Totall mishandling of the situation nd random decision making.

Today, I visited the Sutton branch, and I wanted to share my positive experience with personal trainer John Imani.
He was incredibly helpful—he took the time to give me a thorough tour, including the car park, and covered all areas of the gym. He also provided me with plenty of useful information and tips.
When I last visited the Pure gym Sutton branch a few years ago, the staff member wasn’t very helpful, which led me to go elsewhere. However, today John’s assistance made all the difference, and I’ve decided to join the Sutton branch.

this gym is too small
this gym is so small and doesn't have enough equipment even with 50 people there are waits! only one leg press and one lat pull down - come on!

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.
