I bought a fan ahead of a heatwave while in my third trimester of pregnancy, so I was a bit more anxious (and probably a little dramatic!) about getting it in time than I needed to be. It was out of stock everywhere else, but I managed to find it available on purewell.co.uk, so I placed the order straight away.
I ordered it on a Sunday and emailed the next day to check on the delivery date and confirm it was still in stock. I received an immediate call back, which was very reassuring, and was told everything was on track for delivery. The team were very helpful, kind and understanding throughout. Shortly afterwards, I also received an email from their delivery partner confirming the expected delivery date.
The fan arrived exactly when promised, well-packaged and delivered with care, with regular updates along the way. It works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.

Excellent local Company! Personal service with knowledgeable Sales Advisor called David. Delivery of washing machine happened as advised with no problems and fitted plus disposal of old machine.
All done without any stress!
Replacement American style fridge/freezer
We needed to replace our American style fridge/freezer - David guided us to what we wanted and arranged delivery. The delivery team Grant and Neil - arrived on time, dismantled and removed the old fridge/freezer which was too big to go through the door as was and installed the new one without fuss and with some good advice. Excellent service all round.

These guys saved me when Curry’s let me down badly with a fridge freezer that broke in 2 days and took another 3 weeks to get rid of. They have excellent and knowledgeable staff, who you can talk to easily, and would recommend everyone to visit a store like this over the big brands. In short: they care about their customers.

Not my first visit to Purewell. As always, staff were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. ....which is why I came back to buy another appliance.

Yet another excellent, five-star review from me for Purewell Electrical in Christchurch, Dorset. Having previously installed a new washing machine, small fridge-freezer and a new microwave oven, this time, Grant came to my flat on 24th September 2025 to set up a new SONY digital TV with Bluetooth, Bluetooth SONY headphones and also a new PURE digital radio I’d also bought from Purewell Electrical. As usual, Grant did a marvellous job and very quickly and efficiently too. I had also bought a lovely, small and light new HP mobile jet printer plus having a new BT smart hub delivered just over a week later, neither of which I bought from Purewell Electrical. The last time I bought a printer was 10 years ago and an awful lot has changed since then! I said to Grant I’d be spending all day on the phone to HP with help getting it set up! Grant said, “would you like me to come back to set up the HP printer and the new BT hub for you too?”. “Oh, yes PLEASE”, I said and was more than happy to pay Purewell Electrical to do that. So, today, 2nd October 2025, Grant came back to my flat and did exactly that and, as always, did a BRILLIANT job. Grant is truly a multi, multi-tasker which is invaluable to the customer. There is nothing electrical that he can’t do. His knowledge on any products is vast. He can answer any questions. And his advice to me about ordering the true, correct HP ink cartridges for my particular HP jet printer and not the generic cartridges that I'd bought that didn't say say HP on the packet, was an invaluable lesson for me because my printer would not have accepted the generic ones. (Amazon has kindly refunded me for those and sent a courier to pick them up, to send back to them!). My thanks also go to Jack who phoned me to let me know when Grant would be arriving with me. I continue to feel that Purewell Electrical is the most wonderful company. Can't recommend them highly enough. Their customer service remains the best of any company I’ve ever bought anything from and, as usual, nothing is ever too much for them to make me/their customers happy with their products. Every single person who works for Purewell Electrical is a joy to buy from - they are all courteous, with a nice sense of humour always and bend over backwards to help, e.g. dragging heavy washing machines off a stand onto the floor for the customer's inspection. So, thank you again Purewell Electrical. You are SO appreciated by me.

Excellent customer service
Purchased a 42” Sony TV. It was installed in my kitchen by Grant and Neil. They were so friendly and efficient. A fantastic advert for the company. And Grant is an absolute whizz on setting up the TV so that it functions at its best. It would have taken me ages to do the same. He also gave me some advice on a problem I’m having with some under plinth lighting. He spotted what the problem was which others have failed to see. Very knowledgable and impressive.

I needed a new 32 inch TV as mine had given up. I checked models on line and decided on the one I wanted. The rest was down to who had one in stock! Purewell had the one I wanted. Called at 10-00am, asked to see the model I wanted and within 10 minutes I was paying. Jack did explain the basics of the remote and asked me to phone him if I had any problems. Quite different to waiting ages for assistance. Instant contact, and yes there were other customers in the showroom.

Great customer service. Kevin greeted us and assisted us purchase of oven. Explained fully delivery and fitting service. Appliance was fitted on the date arranged, having been called the previous night. More companies need to provide this level of customer service.
Fantastic customer service & Sebo Hoover
We are really happy that we have bought our new Hoover from purewell.co.uk.
The customer service we received from Ed was exemplary who took time to help with our purchase of a Sebo X7 epower.
The Hoover arrived today by DX couriers who text & emailed about delivery & delivered in the time slot.
This is our first Sebo after I did research on the internet, as we wanted a upright Hoover with bags.
Made in Germany from a longstanding company, with a 5 year warranty, you can remove the brush roller for cleaning,it is easy to put together & self leveling for carpet & hard floors, it has made our cream wool carpet look nearly new after hoovering in both directions it lifted the pile removing hidden grit & small clumps of cat fur. It will switch off if it gets a blockage showing a light to tell you. It's been a fantastic experience to receive real customer service from a knowledgeable person.

Excellent service from sales to installation
We wanted a particular Miele dishwasher model and it was ordered in for us. Today it was fitted by two excellent installers who were brilliant. An unforseen issue was found during the installation (an integrated appliance), but it was sorted out professionally. I highly recommend Purewell Electrical and a big thank you to the installation team today. (By the way, Purewell have their own fitters and don't subcontract).
