I had planned to stay at your hotel for my birthday, which falls on 11/01, and selected your property based on positive reviews and research for a four-night stay from 10–14/01/26. I initially reached out on 05/01 to infoatpyramisargyptdotcom with some inquiries regarding the room but unfortunately did not receive a response.

Regrettably, on 10/01, we missed our flight and were unable to check in. I tried contacting the hotel from London, which involved multiple transfers and calls to different numbers, to explore options regarding our booking. I was advised by a member of your team to email reservationdotboutiqueatstayatflowhotels.com to request either a refund or a voucher, as I would very much like to visit the hotel for my birthday and capture content for the occasion.

Despite emailing three times, I have not received any response, which is disheartening, especially after being specifically directed to this email address.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and hope we can find a suitable solution so that I can still enjoy a stay at your hotel.

The Pyramisa hotel in Luxor is in an ideal position next to the Nile. The grounds & pools are lovely, well maintained. We had a comfortable suite of rooms on the 5th. floor. The whole hotel is let down by very poor housekeeping. The rooms were only superficially cleaned & the communal toilets were dirty, often the flushes weren’t working. Hotel only partly refurbished on the ground floor. Rooms have original furniture. Buffet food, poor quality, not looking fresh, too much variety.

È stato acquistato un pacchetto viaggio per Sharm El Sheikh, poco prima della partenza il tour operator informa dell’indisponibilità di una delle piscine presenti nel resort e propone un cambio di struttura. Si valuta che la semplice piscina chiusa non sia un problema. All’arrivo però scopriamo che è l’intero resort ad essere interessato da un’importante ristrutturazione.
Questo ha significato polvere, caos, rumori dall’alba fino a tarda sera, diverse aree interdette, necessita di attenzione anche negli spostamenti interni a piedi a causa del passaggio dei mezzi di lavoro.
L’ultimo giorno avendo un volo di rientro notturno, provvediamo a procrastinare il check out e per questo paghiamo 100€ (in base alle ore in più), nel corso della giornata veniamo però privati della possibilità di usufruire della stanza per oltre un’ora.
